PERSON SPECIFICATION
-
4-6 years’ previous experience of healthcare market access and reimbursement processes within Europe and ideally countries outside Europe including e.g. US and Canada
-
Experience ideally gained in a consultancy, academic and/or life sciences industry environment
-
Ability to assimilate large amounts of information and become familiar quickly with new topics and therapeutic areas
-
Ability to manage time and deadlines
-
Strong organisation skills
-
Adopts a professional approach to client interactions

DESCRIPTION
Consultants are our core project delivery staff and at least 80% of their time will be spent on this.
​
They can own smaller projects, in all respects, from planning through delivery and completion, under supervision of the project lead. Or they can be responsible for workstreams of larger projects, such as developing landscapes, briefing materials, or sections of reports.
​
The Consultant is a vital member of the project delivery team, sometimes working only with a Director, or on bigger projects they may be working with a Senior Consultant or Analyst.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages the day-to-day project activity, defining tasks and timings

Owns the project plan, delegating upwards and when relevant downwards to ensure project progress

Responsible for all organisational elements of the project

Leads day-to-day interaction with the client on logistics, progress, etc

Leads secondary research and task allocation
-
Conducts research and when relevant supervises Senior Analysts, and develops reports describing the results
-
Develops written or presentation materials which can include e.g. sections for inclusion in value dossiers, landscapes, briefing materials for primary research, articles for external publication

Supports in organising advisory boards, expert group meetings and client workshops
-
Supports Directors in developing new business proposals
